Tokio Hotel performed at the MTV World Stage Live in Malaysia on Saturday night, and frontman Bill Kaulitz hit the stage wearing one of his costumes from the band's Humanoid Tour, which concluded earlier this year. The whole look was designed by Dean and Dan Caten of Dsquared2, and Kaulitz called it "fantastic" in a backstage interview after the show. And it was pretty fantastic. The outfit included a jacket with large spikes on the sleeve that added inches of height to his shoulders, fingerless gloves, and lace-up pants (pants that he also modeled on the Dsquared2 men's fashion runway back in January). But when the jacket came off, it was different story! Not only did his shoulders return to regular size, but underneath his jacket he wore a leather tank — MORE LEATHER! — and an elaborate chain necklace that had smaller chains within it (see close-up below). Quite the look, don't you think?

Tokio Hotel actuó en el MTV World Stage Live en Malasia el sábado por la noche, y el líder Bill Kaulitz golpeó el escenario llevando uno de sus trajes del Humanoid Tour de la banda, que concluyó a principios de este año. El traje entero fue diseñado por Dean y Dan Caten de Dsquared2, y Kaulitz lo llamó "fantástico" en una entrevista en el backstage después del espectáculo. Y fue bastante fantástico.
El traje incluyó una chaqueta con grandes puntas en las mangas que añadían pulgadas de altura a sus hombros, guantes sin dedos, y pantalones con cordones (pantalones con los que él también desfiló en la pasarela de Dsquared2 moda de hombre el pasado enero). Pero cuándo se quitó la chaqueta, la historia fue diferente! No sólo sus hombros volvieron a su tamaño regular, sino que debajo de su chaqueta llevaba un tanque de cuero - MÁS CUERO! - y un collar de cadenas complicado que tenía más pequeñas cadenas dentro de él (ver el primer plano debajo). Que pinta, no crees?
